From a quick hello to the whole story

Say it your way.

Some things need a few words.
Others need a voice, a photo, or a very good sticker.

  • A sticker worth keeping.

Send stickers, save the ones you receive, and build your own local packs. Pause animations when you want a quieter chat.

  • Press play. Keep talking.

Listen to voice messages with playback controls that stay in reach. Optional local Whisper transcription turns downloaded voice notes into text.

  • Keep the thread together.

Reply, react, edit, forward and pin messages. Start a one-to-one chat or bring everyone into a group.

Less hunting.
More getting together.

The good stuff, all together.

Browse each chat’s images, stickers, files, audio and video in a media gallery. Jump straight back to the message behind a memory.

“Where did we put that?”

Search a conversation’s history or search chats and messages from the sidebar. Find the plan, the link, or the thing you almost forgot.

Stay in your flow.

Switch chats, search and compose from the keyboard. Pick bubble, compact IRC or workspace layouts. Keep multiple profiles close by.

A native adventure · work in progress

A little different.
Very Haiku.

The Haiku port takes its own path: a native C++ client using Haiku’s Interface Kit and the real Chatmail core. Native menus, system colors, notifications and a familiar place for your conversations.

A development preview, with ongoing interoperability testing and feature work. It does not yet have feature parity with Parla for GNOME.
